Welcome! We’re Chizuru and James, proud Pacific Northwest residents since 2007. There’s truly no place we’d rather call home—the towering evergreens, snow-capped mountains, and abundant wildlife make every season feel like an adventure.

By day, I’m a behavioral health nurse with PeaceHealth, and James keeps the numbers in line as an accounts receivable manager at Leatherman Tool Group. When we’re not at work, you’ll find us out exploring: hiking quiet trails, dispersed camping under the stars, rockhounding (I never met a rock I didn’t like), or planning our next trip abroad (Italy and Thailand are particular favorites!). We’re always up for discovering new places, trying new experiences, and connecting with new people.

In our downtime, I love playing with alcohol ink painting, capturing moments through photography, and (of course) browsing beautiful homes and real estate listings. James stays active with pickleball matches and rounds of disc golf with friends.

Through our fully furnished midterm rentals in Longview and Ridgefield, we get to blend our love of real estate with our passion for hospitality—helping families feel right at home during insurance claims, relocations, or those tricky in-between periods. We’d love to welcome you too!
