At Stay With JCJ, we are pleased to provide flexible booking options tailored to your preferences. Guests may choose to complete a formal application, undergo a background check, submit supporting documentation, and provide a security deposit. Alternatively, bookings can be made directly through Airbnb, subject to a minimum of three guest reviews, with the most recent all 5 stars with an average rating of 4.67 stars or higher.
Regardless of the booking method, a signed lease agreement is required, along with copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state identification card, or passport). Our homes are located in neighborhoods with families. It is important that we know who will be staying in our properites. In addition to this, the homeowner’s associations require lease agreement.
