The downstairs, featuring original paintings, offers a warm, creative atmosphere, while the upstairs showcases Chizuru Johnson’s images of the Pacific Northwest. This could feel like stepping into the stunning landscapes of the region itself.

A wide entryway into this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home leads to an open concept living space downstairs. The kitchen has been upgraded with a quartz countertop, backsplash, and is fully stocked. A half bath is conveniently located on this level. There’s also a grill on the back patio and a fenced backyard with astroturf for minimal yard maintenance.

The stairs leading to the second level open to a loft area with a large coffee table for games and puzzles. From the loft, there is access to all three bedrooms, and a full bathroom that closes off the toilet and shower area so multiple people can occupy the bathroom at the same time, along with the laundry room.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two dressers, a walk-in closet, a 55″ Smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with dual sinks. A desk and chair can be provided in the master bedroom or loft area upon request.

The two other bedrooms on the second floor are furnished with queen-sized beds, a dresser, and desks.
Enjoy the ping pong table in the attached 2-car garage. A remote is provided for easy access.

In the state of Washington, occupants of an extended stay are granted tenancy rights with reservations over 28 days, and the homeowner’s association requires a lease agreement. Therefore, a lease agreement  must be signed. A clause will be included stating that the lease may be terminated with a 21-day notice.

Upon booking, the front and back of a government-issued ID is required prior to check-in.

A minimum of three 5-star reviews with an overall average rating of 5 stars is required.

The maximum number of guests is 6.

No events are allowed.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted.
No smoking (including marijuana) and no vaping in the house or the garage.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home. A shoe rack is located at the entry and in the hall coat closet. In this closet, the vacuum, Swiffer, mop, and dustpan are kept as well.

After installing the quartz countertop, we discovered how easily it can be scratched by metal. Although the quartz has been sealed, please use care when placing or using metal items on the counter. Only use soap and water when cleaning the countertop surfaces.

Trash pickup is early Thursday morning. Please take the bins to the curb Wednesday evening and return them to the garage by Thursday night. All bins must be stored in the garage per the association’s rules.

The 2-car garage and driveway are available for parking. Street parking is limited, and the association discourages residents from parking on the street. Anyone with a loud vehicle must park outside the neighborhood to avoid disturbing neighbors.

When checking out, please clean out the fridge, collect trash from all rooms, and take the bins to the curb for collection. There is no need to wash towels, sheets, or bedding, or to start laundry — the cleaning crew will handle this.

One animal is allowed with an additional $250 cleaning fee and a $250 refundable deposit. Please reach out to us regarding your animal’s size and breed prior to booking. The maximum weight is 40 lbs. A $1,000 fee and possible booking cancellation will be applied for unapproved animals.

Pet Rules:

        • Animals must be leashed when outside the property and outside of the backyard.

        • Pick up after your animal, whether in the yard or the neighborhood.

        • Keep animals off the furniture and beds.

        • Animals cannot be left unsupervised.

        • Animals must be crate-trained if left unattended.

A booking may also be cancelled if an animal makes excessive noise, barks while the owner is away, is not cleaned up after, causes property damage, is not house-trained, or if any of the above rules are broken. The use of absorbant pads means that an animal is not house-trained.

By booking this property, you and your guests agree to all of the house rules.
